You can register and renew domain names directly through Wonderweb. This article explains the process and our domain policies.
Searching for an Available Domain
Go to our website (wonderweb.co.zw/register-domain) and use the domain search tool. Enter the name you want (e.g., mybusiness.com) and click check. We will tell you if it is available. You can also use our AI Domain Suggestions tool.
Registering a Domain
- Once you find an available domain, add it to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your registrant contact details (name, address, email, phone).
- Complete payment.
- We will register the domain on your behalf. The domain becomes active within a few minutes.
Domain pricing: All domain registrations are billed annually, with separate first-year and renewal rates depending on the extension. For example: .com – $13.25 (first year), $15.95 (renewal); .net – $15.60 (first year), $17.95 (renewal); .org – $14.25 (first year), $16.95 (renewal). A full list of available TLDs and their pricing is available on our website.
Renewing a Domain
You can renew your domain at any time before its expiration date:
- Log in to your client area (
clientarea.wonderweb.host). - Go to Domains → My Domains.
- Find the domain you want to renew and click Renew.
- Pay the renewal invoice. Your domain expiry date will be extended by one year.
Expiry Policy – What Happens If You Don’t Renew
Domains must be renewed before their expiration date. Once expired, renewal is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees or loss of the domain. We will send you reminder emails before expiry, but it is your responsibility to renew on time. After expiry, you may have a grace period (varies by TLD), but we cannot guarantee that the domain can be renewed. In some cases, a redemption fee may apply. If you do not renew, the domain will eventually be released and become available for others to register.
To avoid losing your domain, set up auto‑renew in your client area or mark the renewal date on your calendar.
