Payment Methods & Currencies

Wonderweb accepts multiple payment methods and currencies to make it convenient for you. This article explains your options.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • EcoCash (Zimbabwe)
  • PayPal (international)
  • PayNow (Zimbabwe)
  • Innbucks (Zimbabwe)
  • Bank transfer (local and international)
  • Credit / Debit card (via our payment gateway)

When you pay an invoice in your client area, you will see the available options based on your location and currency.

Currencies We Support

You can choose to view prices and pay in any of these three currencies:

  • USD ($) – United States Dollar
  • ZWG (ZiG) – Zimbabwe Gold (formerly ZWL)
  • ZAR (R) – South African Rand

You can change your preferred currency at the top of our website or in your client area.

How to Pay an Invoice

  • Log in to your client area (clientarea.wonderweb.host).
  • Go to BillingMy Invoices.
  • Select the unpaid invoice.
  • Choose a payment method and follow the instructions (e.g., EcoCash prompt, PayPal login, bank transfer details).
  • After successful payment, the invoice status will change to “Paid”.

If you use bank transfer, please send proof of payment to info@wonderweb.co.zw so we can manually mark your invoice as paid.

Currency Conversion

If you pay in a currency different from the original invoice currency, the conversion is handled by your payment provider (PayPal, bank, or EcoCash). We do not charge extra conversion fees, but your bank or provider might.
