How to Access and Configure Your Email

If you have purchased a standalone Email Hosting plan from Wonderweb, or your Web Hosting plan includes email services, this guide will help you access your email account and configure it on your computer or mobile device.

All email accounts are managed through cPanel.

Creating Your Email Account

Before you can use your email service, you'll first need to create an email account.

Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts from the Email section. From there, you can create new email addresses, change passwords, manage mailbox storage, and access Webmail.

If you haven't created your email account yet, please refer to our Creating & Managing Email Accounts in cPanel guide.

Accessing Webmail

You can access your email from any web browser without installing any software.

Visit either of the following:

  • https://yourdomain.com/webmail (recommended)

Log in using:

  • Your full email address (for example, you@yourdomain.com)
  • Your email password

After signing in, you'll be taken to Roundcube Webmail, where you can send, receive, and manage your emails.

Setting Up Your Email on Your Devices

You can also configure your email account in applications such as:

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Mozilla Thunderbird
  • Apple Mail
  • Gmail
  • Android Mail
  • iPhone & iPad Mail

Many email applications can automatically detect your email settings. Simply enter your email address and password.

If automatic configuration doesn't work, you'll need to configure the account manually.

Finding Your Manual Email Settings

The easiest way to find your email settings is from cPanel.

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Open Email Accounts.
  3. Locate your email account.
  4. Click Connect Devices or Configure Mail Client.

Alternatively, you can log in to Webmail and open the first email that was sent when the email account was created. This email contains all the incoming and outgoing mail server settings required for manual configuration.
