Getting Started with Reseller Hosting

With our Reseller Hosting plans, you can start your own web hosting company. You will have full WHM (Web Host Manager) access to create and manage cPanel accounts for your clients. This article explains how reseller hosting works at Wonderweb.

What You Get as a Reseller

  • Full WHM access (you control everything).
  • Your own allocation of cPanel accounts (depending on your plan: 25, 75, 200, or 500 accounts).
  • NVMe SSD storage (from 20GB to 250GB).
  • Private nameservers – you can brand DNS with your own domain.
  • Free SSL certificates for all your clients.
  • 24/7 support from us for server‑level issues.

Reseller Plans Overview

  • Pulse Reseller: $9.50/month – 20GB NVMe, 25 cPanel accounts.
  • Orbit Reseller: $18.50/month – 50GB NVMe, 75 cPanel accounts.
  • Nova Reseller: $32/month – 120GB NVMe, 200 cPanel accounts.
  • Apex Reseller: $62/month – 250GB NVMe, 500 cPanel accounts.

You can also choose annual or 3‑year billing for savings.

Accessing WHM (Web Host Manager)

Your WHM login URL is: https://yourdomain.com:2087 or https://wonderweb.host:2087 (use your reseller username and password).

From WHM, you can:

  • Create and delete cPanel accounts for your clients.
  • Suspend or unsuspend accounts.
  • Upgrade or downgrade packages.
  • View server status and resource usage.
  • Set up private nameservers and manage DNS.

Understanding Overage and Limits

Each reseller plan has a fixed maximum number of cPanel accounts. If you try to create more accounts than your limit (e.g., 26 accounts on a Pulse plan), the creation will be blocked and you will be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan.

Disk space is allocated based on your NVMe storage limit. However, storage operates on an overselling model, meaning you can exceed your allocated usage when needed. Any additional storage used beyond your plan is billed at $0.25 per GB.

If resource usage becomes too high, you may be required to either delete files, optimize usage, or upgrade your plan.

There is no automatic overage billing for cPanel accounts. Instead, account creation is strictly blocked once your limit is reached until you upgrade or free up resources.

Support for You and Your Clients

You, as the reseller, are responsible for day-to-day support for your clients. However, if you encounter server-level issues (e.g., server downtime or services not starting), you can contact our 24/7 support team via WhatsApp , tickets or email. We will handle all infrastructure-level fixes.

We do not provide direct support to your end customers – client support remains your responsibility as the reseller.
