Invoices, Late Payments & Suspension

This article explains how our billing cycle works, what happens if you pay late, and how to avoid service interruption.

When Invoices Are Generated

For monthly, yearly, or 3‑year plans, we generate invoices 14 days before the due date. You will receive an email notification. We recommend paying as early as possible.

Grace Period – 3 Days After Due Date

If you do not pay by the due date, we give you a 3‑day grace period. During these 3 days, your services continue to work normally. No late fee is applied.

Suspension After Grace Period

If the invoice remains unpaid after the 3‑day grace period, your account will be suspended. This means:

  • Your website will show a suspension notice (or go offline).
  • Email sending/receiving will stop.
  • You will not be able to access cPanel or WHM.
  • Your domain will continue to resolve but may show a suspension page.

To reactivate your service, pay the outstanding invoice. Once payment is confirmed (usually within a few hours), your account will be automatically unsuspended.

Account Deletion After 60 Days of Non‑Payment

If you do not pay the overdue invoice within 60 days from the due date, your entire account (including all files, emails, databases, and hosted domains) will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible. After deletion, you would need to purchase a new hosting plan and upload your website again from your own backups.

We strongly recommend: If you cannot pay on time, contact us before the 60‑day period to discuss an arrangement. We may be able to extend the deadline in exceptional cases, but we cannot guarantee.

How to Avoid Suspension

  • Enable auto‑renew / auto‑payment in your client area.
  • Keep a valid payment method on file.
  • Pay invoices as soon as you receive the reminder email.
  • If you change your credit card or bank account, update your billing details.
