When you purchase a hosting plan from Wonderweb, you get access to cPanel – a powerful control panel for managing your website, email, databases, and more. This article helps you get started.
What You Receive After Purchase
Once you complete your hosting order, we send you a welcome email containing:
- Your cPanel username and password
- Your nameservers (to point your domain to us)
- A link to your cPanel login page
- A link to your client area
How to Log In to cPanel
You have multiple ways to access cPanel:
- From your client area: Log in to clientarea.wonderweb.host/, select your hosting service, and click “Login to cPanel”.
- Direct URL: Go to
https://yourdomain.com:2083(replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain). - Universal Wonderweb login: Go to
https://wonderweb.host:2083and enter your cPanel username and password.
Changing Your cPanel Password
To keep your account secure, you can change your password at any time:
- Log in to cPanel.
- In the Preferences section, click Change Password.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click Change your password now.
How to Find Your cPanel Username
Your username is displayed in the top‑right corner of cPanel next to “Welcome”. If you forgot it, check your welcome email or contact our support via WhatsApp.
Changing the cPanel Style (Theme)
You can change how cPanel looks:
- In cPanel, go to Preferences → Change Style.
- Choose from available styles: Basic, Retro, Light, Dark, etc.
- Click Apply.
Viewing Your cPanel Login History
You can see who logged into your cPanel and when:
- In cPanel, go to Files → File Manager.
- Click Settings (top‑right), check Show Hidden Files, then save.
- Look for a file named .lastlogin – right‑click and select View.
- You will see a list of successful logins with IP addresses and timestamps.
