Understanding “Unlimited” & Fair Usage

Many of our hosting plans include “unlimited” features, such as unlimited domains, email accounts, or bandwidth. This article explains what “unlimited” really means and our fair usage policy.

What “Unlimited” Means

We do not set hard, low limits on these resources. You are free to use them as needed for legitimate business websites. For example:

  • You can host as many domains as your plan allows (e.g., “Unlimited Domains” means no pre‑set limit).
  • You can create as many email accounts as you need (within reasonable usage).
  • Your website can serve an unlimited amount of monthly bandwidth – we do not cut you off at a specific number of gigabytes.

What “Unlimited” Does NOT Mean

“Unlimited” does not mean you can use the server resources without any bounds. You cannot:

  • Create 100 000 email accounts on a single reseller plan (that would overwhelm the server).
  • Use your hosting as a file‑sharing service (Dropbox clone).
  • Send millions of emails in an hour (spamming).
  • Host a video streaming site that consumes huge CPU and bandwidth constantly.

Our infrastructure is shared (or semi‑dedicated for resellers). To keep the server stable and fast for all customers, we enforce fair usage limits.

Our Fair Usage Policy (Simple Explanation)

  • You may use as much as you need for normal website operation.
  • If your usage negatively impacts other customers (e.g., high CPU, memory, or disk I/O), we will contact you to reduce usage or upgrade to a larger plan.
  • We do not have fixed numbers for “too much” because it depends on the situation – but a typical business website will never reach these limits.
  • Examples of acceptable usage: e‑commerce store with thousands of visitors per day; a blog with large image files; a reseller with 100 client accounts (on the appropriate plan).
  • Examples of excessive usage: running a cryptocurrency miner; hosting a public file‑sharing site; sending 500,000 emails per day from a single shared hosting account.

If we ever need to restrict your account due to fair usage, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the issue or upgrade.

What Happens If You Exceed Reasonable Use

  • We will send you a notice via email and WhatsApp asking to reduce usage.
  • If you do not respond, we may temporarily suspend your account until you contact us.
  • We will work with you to find a solution (e.g., upgrading to a dedicated server or VPS).

In short: use your hosting normally for your business or clients, and you will never have a problem. Use it to abuse the system, and we will step in.
