Creating & Managing Email Accounts in cPanel

If your hosting plan includes email hosting, you can create professional email addresses such as info@yourdomain.com, sales@yourdomain.com, or support@yourdomain.com directly from cPanel.

Accessing Email Accounts

  1. Log in to your Wonderweb Client Area.
  2. Open your hosting service.
  3. Click Login to cPanel.
  4. In the Email section, click Email Accounts.

Creating a New Email Account

  1. Click the Create button.
  2. Select the domain you want to create the email account for (if multiple domains are available).
  3. Enter the desired email username, for example: info, sales, or support.
  4. Create a strong password or use the Password Generator.
  5. Choose a mailbox storage quota or leave it as Unlimited if available.
  6. Click Create.

Your new email account is now ready to use.

Managing Existing Email Accounts

From the Email Accounts page, you can manage each email account using the available options.

Check Email

Open your mailbox in Webmail to send and receive emails.

Change Password

Update your email password at any time. We recommend using a strong password that includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Manage Storage

Adjust the mailbox storage quota to control how much disk space the email account can use.

Delete an Email Account

If an email account is no longer required, you can permanently delete it. Please note that deleting an email account will also permanently remove all emails stored in that mailbox.

Accessing Your Email

You can access your email in two ways.

Option 1: Webmail

Open your web browser and visit:

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name.

Log in using your full email address and your email password.

Option 2: Email Applications

You can also configure your email account in applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Gmail, or on your mobile device.
