If you wish to cancel your service with Wonderweb, this article explains how to do it and our policy on refunds.
Our Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. This applies to:
- Web hosting plans (monthly, yearly, or 3‑year)
- Reseller hosting plans
- Email hosting
- Domain registrations (domains are non‑refundable once registered)
- Web design and web system development deposits or full payments
Please be sure of your purchase before completing payment. If you have any doubts, contact our support team before paying.
How to Cancel Your Service
You can request cancellation through any of these channels:

- Phone call: 24/7 support line
- WHMCS cancellation request: Log in to your client area, go to Services → My Services, click on the service you want to cancel, and use the “Request Cancellation” button.
When you request cancellation, please specify:
- Your account email address
- The specific service you want to cancel (e.g., “Standard Hosting – yourdomain.com”)
- The reason for cancellation (optional but helpful for us to improve)
What Happens After Cancellation
- If you cancel before your next billing date, your service will remain active until the end of your paid period. No refund is given for unused time.
- On the expiry date, your service will be suspended and then deleted according to the schedule in article 7.2.
- If you have a domain registered with us, the domain is not automatically cancelled – you must manage it separately. Domains will continue until their expiry date, after which they will follow the domain expiry policy.
Important Note
Cancelling a service does not automatically delete your account. To completely close your client account and remove all personal data, you must request that separately via email.
